WARNING High voltages are present in the screw terminals. Before installing the upgrade kit, switch off the AC switch. If you have the optional backup battery LTBB111, switch off also the battery management unit BMU801. To switch off BMU801, press the Power/Test button for 4 seconds.

If you have the QBR101 battery regulator, switch off both the AC switch and the DC switch before proceeding.

  • Allen key (size 2.5) or flat head screwdriver (size 0.8 x 4.0)
  • Flat head screwdriver (size 0.5 x 3.0)
  • Wrench (size 5.5)
You need the screws when mounting the new power supply board.
  1. Make sure that FSP101 LEDs are off.
  2. To remove the power supply protection cover, loosen the 4 screws of the cover with a flat head screwdriver or an Allen key.
  3. Use a wrench to remove the 4 spacers holding the cover.
  4. Disconnect all 3 connectors from FSP101 with a flat head screwdriver.
  5. Disconnect all transformer wires (FSP101 terminals 12–19) with a flat head screwdriver.
  6. Remove the FSP101 board.
