CAUTION For safety reasons, use the extension pole for road camera installation only.
  • Allen keys
  • Mallet
  • Wrenches
Wear protective eyewear, gloves, and a safety helmet.
  1. Remove the devices that are installed on the upper mast tube.
  2. Remove the upper mast tube.
  3. Apply some silicon grease on the O‑ring end of the extension pole.

    Use the grease that is delivered with the extension.

  4. Install the extension to the lower mast tube. Align the crest on the inner face of the lower mast tube with the groove on the outer face of the extension.

  5. Use a mallet to hammer the extension inside the lower mast tube.
  6. Install the previously removed devices on the upper mast tube.
