Support for Taiwan regional variant AP10T.

New features and improvements
- A new product variant (AP10T) was introduced with NCC certification and a radio frequency identifier of 922 MHz.
- Display brightness improvements:
- Set the factory default brightness to 100%.
- Allow brightness adjustment even if the display status setting is off in the touch display.
- Change the 50% brightness level to match the medium perceived brightness.
Fixes
- Corrected a rare case where corrupted software in the device would result in a failed software update.
- Fixed the case where removing the network cable did not clear the IP address.
- Fixed a problem in DHCP mode where, when the network settings panel is already open, the user would not see the network settings updated in case of detaching and reattaching the network cable.
- Fixed the issue where setting AP10 passwords as letters only or numbers only using the Web UI was not accepted. The invalid password error message was shown without an explanation.
- Fixed firmware update failure because the device runs out of memory. The issue could occur with devices that have a large number of joined data loggers.
- Fixed the AP10 restart feature from viewLinc. The issue caused AP10 to be disconnected but would not actually restart it.
- Fixed an issue in Touch UI network settings: if saving failed and cancel was pressed, invalid values would stay on the fields.
Compatibility and upgradeability
Compatibility with RFL100 firmware version 1.4.1 is added. Otherwise, same as version 4.0.0.
