Performance improvement and bug fixes.
Release date: February 2022
New features and improvements
- Enable configuration of the internal sample ID pointer. This enhancement makes it possible to correct the possible sample ID corruption problem that may affect data loggers running firmware version 1.0.0, 1.1.0, or 1.2.0. For more information, see Update advisory for RFL100 Wireless Data Logger with firmware version 1.0.0, 1.1.0, or 1.2.0 (M212775EN)
Fixes
- Fixed a rarely occurring mismatch in the timestamps between the different measurement log files that can be downloaded over the USB service port connection. Some timestamps in the 1 h log file may not match the timestamps of identical samples in the 24 h and 30 d log logs. The difference may be up to 1 minute.
- Fixed an issue that caused the data logger to be reset at 3 h 49 min intervals. The issue could delay joining the viewLinc measurement system, or cause a single measurement sample to be lost if the reset occurs close to the measurement time.
- Fixed a bug that could in rare cases cause the RFL100 to drop the VaiNet connection immediately after joining the AP10 access point. This could delay joining the system.
Compatibility and upgradeability
Compatibility with AP10 firmware version 4.2.0 was added. Otherwise, same as version 1.4.1.
