  1. Connect the SATEL interface adapter (D15) to the radio.
  2. To turn on the programming mode in the SATEL interface adapter, slide the switch away from the radio modem.
  3. Connect the SATEL interface adapter (D9) to the Vaisala USB RS‑232 cable.
  4. Connect the power supply to the SATEL interface adapter and an AC outlet.
