For AP10s with firmware older than version 4.5 and hardware version G or newer, the firmware must be updated to version 4.5 or newer prior to upgrading to viewLinc 5.2. The firmware update is performed via the device’s web user interface.
  1. Download the latest AP10 firmware from the following link:
    https://vaisala.my.salesforce.com/sfc
  2. Update the firmware in the AP10 web user interface, as follows:
    1. Enter the IP address of the AP10 into the address bar of a web browser and log in.
    2. Go to the AP10 Maintenance screen and select the Firmware Update tab.
    3. Browse to the downloaded firmware file and click the Update button.
